Choose Lashes for Your Eye Shape
Eye shape is a useful starting point, not a rule. Think of it as a way to decide where you would like the eye to look more open, more lifted, or more defined.
Almond eyes
Most directions can work beautifully. Choose Natural or Wispy for a balanced everyday finish, or Fox Eye when you want to emphasise length toward the outer corner.
Round eyes
To create a more elongated direction, keep the outer half a little more defined than the centre. A soft Fox Eye or Wispy shape can feel especially balanced.
Hooded eyes
Focus on comfortable placement and a shape you can see when your eyes are open. Wispy texture and slightly lifted outer definition can add dimension without overwhelming the lid space.
Monolid eyes
Light, visible texture helps the lash line stand out. Wispy and Doll Eye styles can create a clear, bright finish; build gradually so the result still feels comfortable.
Downturned eyes
Try keeping the strongest emphasis just before the very outer corner. This can create a softly lifted direction while keeping the shape balanced.
The easiest test
Start with a small amount of definition. Look straight ahead, then smile. If the shape feels harmonious from both angles, you are on the right track.
