Returns

You may request a return within 60 days after your order is delivered. No reason is required.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be unused and the original packaging must be complete. Items that show signs of use or have incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

Email zalashesbeauty@gmail.com with your order number before sending an item back. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return is complete.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
