Wet-look means the fibers are grouped to read slightly condensed and glossy-edged rather than feathered - the lash equivalent of a just-applied, defined line. A note on the box count

Puppy Eyes ships 100 clusters rather than the 120 found elsewhere in the range - the doll-eye mapping uses fewer, more deliberate placements, and the box is packed to match.
